Stellar's RWA Market Soars Over 300% in 2026
Stellar's tokenized real-world asset market has seen significant growth in 2026, expanding by over 300% to reach nearly $4 billion. This rapid expansion is a testament to the increasing adoption of blockchain-based traditional assets, despite the volatility of the broader crypto market.
The network's RWA value reached $3.996 billion at the end of August 2026, up from $868.8 million at the end of 2025, according to Dune Analytics data maintained by Stellar. The growth is concentrated among a handful of issuers, with Spiko leading the way at $1.55 billion, followed by Realiz, Tradable, Franklin Templeton, and Ondo.
The assets tokenized on Stellar are not limited to U.S. Treasurys, but also include private and public credit, non-U.S. government debt, and other tokenized assets. For example, there is $490 million in Mexican CETES and Brazilian government bonds as of August 20, 2026.
Stellar's growth puts it in a stronger position among RWA networks, but it still lags behind Ethereum, which has about $17.3 billion in distributed RWA value. The expansion is also increasingly institutional, with DTCC planning to connect its tokenization service to Stellar and Tradable announcing plans to bring up to $1 billion in private credit onto the network.
