The transaction increased Strategy's Bitcoin holdings to 845,050 units, with an average acquisition price of $75,412 per coin. The company still has $1 billion available for MSTR share repurchases.

Strategy financed the purchase using proceeds from its at-the-market program, which included MSTR stock sales. It also allocated funds toward STRC buybacks and cash additions.
