Strategy Adds 1,665 Bitcoins to Holdings

Strategy, led by Michael Saylor, acquired 1,665 Bitcoin last week for $142.7 million. This purchase increased its holdings to a total of 847,666 BTC.

The company bought the cryptocurrency at an average price of $85,681 per coin between Monday and Sunday. The acquisition was funded with proceeds from selling common shares.

Strategy sold 1.47 million shares for $246.2 million in net proceeds, allocating $142.7 million to Bitcoin purchases and $103.5 million to repurchases of its STRC preferred stock.
