Strategy, a prominent player in the digital asset space, has expanded its bitcoin holdings significantly. Between October 1 and October 4, 2026, the company acquired 334 bitcoin at an average price of $85,838.8 per bitcoin, totaling $28.7 million. This purchase was funded through the sale of 92,894 shares of its Class A common stock, generating $15.7 million in net proceeds. As of October 4, 2026, Strategy's total bitcoin holdings stood at 848,000 bitcoin, with a total cost basis of approximately $63.97 billion and an average purchase price of $75,440.7 per bitcoin.
The company also engaged in substantial share repurchase activities. Between September 28 and September 30, 2026, Strategy repurchased 1,033,168 shares of STRC Stock for $102.6 million. Additionally, between October 1 and October 4, 2026, it repurchased 740,634 STRC shares for $73.7 million.
