Strategy funded these acquisitions through stock sales, selling 6.8 million shares of Class A common stock for $1.13 billion and 1.2 million shares of perpetual preferred equity STRC for $119.1 million during the same period. The company has approximately $10.26 billion worth of MSTR shares remaining available for issuance under its at-the-market offering program.
The purchases continue Strategy's expanded capital plan targeting $84 billion in total fundraising through 2027. This target was increased after depleting the equity portion of its initial '21/21' plan.
