Strategy Inc., the company behind the MSTR stock ticker, has raised its cash reserves to $3.2 billion by selling shares over four consecutive weeks. During this time, it hasn't bought any Bitcoin. Strategy's founder and executive chairman Michael Saylor notes that 'Bitcoin Capital Markets require a new financial language,' highlighting the need for accounting tools that can accurately capture how companies borrow to buy cryptocurrency.

The company holds 843,775 Bitcoins at an average cost of $75,476 per coin, which is significantly lower than Bitcoin's current price. Strategy's debt structure acts as a multiplier, amplifying both gains and losses. When Bitcoin rises, MSTR moves faster, but when it falls, MSTR drops harder.

Over the past year, MSTR stock has dropped 77% compared to a 45% drop in Bitcoin itself. Despite this, Wall Street analysts remain bullish on the stock, with 13 out of 14 giving it a 'Buy' rating and an average price target of $275.46, implying around 181% upside from current levels.
