Strategy Inc. used $142.7 million of the $246.2 million in net proceeds from Class A share sales to purchase 1,469,165 Bitcoins at an average cost of $75,437 per coin.
The company's Bitcoin holdings now stand at 847,666 coins with a total purchase price of $63.95 billion.
