Strategy Moves $18.9M in BTC Amid Price Volatility
Michael Saylor's Strategy has made another significant Bitcoin transfer, this time moving 299.84 BTC worth $18.91 million to an exchange address.
The wallet in question has ties to exchanges like Galaxy Digital, Binance, and Coinbase, raising questions about whether this is a sale or just a routine transfer.
This move comes after Strategy's previous sale of 3,588 BTC for $216 million between July 1 and 5, and a smaller sale in late May.
Saylor has explained that the company's Digital Credit Capital Framework, adopted on June 29, includes a BTC Monetization Program allowing up to $1.25 billion in sales for three purposes: building or replenishing cash reserves, funding dividends, and supporting buybacks of preferred or common stock.
