Strategy MSTR Adds 950 Bitcoins for $75.7 Million, Boosts Stock Price
Strategy MSTR has made another significant Bitcoin purchase, adding 950 BTC to its holdings for approximately $75.7 million at an average price of $79,670 per coin.
The latest acquisition brings Strategy's total Bitcoin holdings to 846,000, acquired at an average cost of $75,416 per token.
Alongside the Bitcoin purchase, Strategy also repurchased 1.77 million shares of its Series A preferred stock STRC for $174 million during the week ended September 20.
The company had $875.1 million remaining under its preferred-stock repurchase program and held a total of $6.09 billion in cash and reserves as of September 20.
