Strategy Repurchases STRC Shares Amid Strive's Aggressive Bitcoin Buying

Strategy, a Bitcoin-focused company, has continued its capital management framework by repurchasing shares of its preferred security, STRC. Between August 31 and September 7, Strategy bought back 1,810,885 STRC shares for $176.3 million using USD Cash. This move is part of the company's strategy to retire some of its preferred-stock exposure.

Strive, on the other hand, has increased its Bitcoin treasury by acquiring 1,375 BTC between August 31 and September 4 at an average price of $79,281 per coin. The purchase added $109 million to Strive's BTC holdings, bringing its total to 24,531 BTC.

Strive has been developing SATA as a listed Bitcoin-linked credit instrument, with earlier trading activity establishing the security as a central part of its funding model. As of September 4, Strive had $202.6 million in cash and cash equivalents alongside its BTC holdings.
