Strategy, a company led by Michael Saylor, has resumed its Bitcoin (BTC) purchases after a nearly two-month hiatus. The firm acquired 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million at an average price of $80,318 per coin.

This new acquisition brings Strategy's total BTC holdings to 845,050, which were acquired at a total cost of $63.73 billion, with an average price of $75,412 per BTC.

The company had previously sold 4,531,421 shares through its ATM program, raising $602.8 million net of fees. The funds raised were allocated as follows: $369.7 million for the purchase of BTC, $151.8 million for STRC share repurchases, $50.7 million for STRC dividends, and $30 million transferred to USD Cash reserves.

Strategy's recent actions indicate a more complex approach to its financial arrangements, combining Bitcoin accumulation with liquidity management of various financial instruments.
