Strategy Snaps Up $370M in Bitcoin Amid Stronger Dollar Reserves
Strategy, a firm that accumulates Bitcoin, resumed its purchases after a two-month pause. The company acquired 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million at an average price of $80,318 per unit.
The operation was funded through the sale of common shares for $602.8 million, which also helped repurchase $151.8 million in STRC preferred shares and bolster the firm's cash reserves.
Strategy now holds 845,050 BTC acquired for $63.73 billion at an average price of $75,412 per unit. The company's return to purchasing comes as it rebuilds its dollar reserves, which have surpassed $6.7 billion.
