Strategy Inc., the company led by Michael Saylor, has acquired 1,665 BTC for $142.7 million in its latest Bitcoin purchase. This acquisition brings Strategy's cumulative Bitcoin position to 847,666 coins, with a total investment of approximately $63.95 billion.

The average cost per Bitcoin is around $75,437 when accounting for all associated fees. This recent purchase represents the company's second consecutive week of Bitcoin accumulation after a brief two-week hiatus.

Strategy financed this purchase through equity issuance, selling 1.47 million MSTR stock units via its continuous at-the-market offering program. The net proceeds from this capital raise were $246.2 million, with $142.7 million immediately deployed for Bitcoin acquisition and the balance used for STRC preferred stock repurchases.
