Strive, a Dallas-based asset manager, has significantly expanded its Bitcoin holdings to 27,462 BTC after acquiring 1,107 tokens for approximately $94.5 million between September 21 and 25.

The acquisition, which was disclosed in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, pushed Strive's total Bitcoin stash past $2.3 billion at an average price of $85,396 per coin including fees.

According to CEO Matt Cole, warrant exercises generated an additional $12.4 million during the period, with 85% of the total capital raised coming from SATA, the company's variable-rate perpetual preferred stock.

Strive now ranks fifth among public Bitcoin holders behind Strategy, Twenty One Capital, Metaplanet and MARA, according to Bitcoin Treasuries data. To match Twenty One Capital's reported 43,514 BTC by year-end, Strive would need roughly 16,050 additional coins, or about 1,235 BTC per week at its current pace.
