Strive Adds 1,107 Bitcoin for $94.5M, Expands Holdings to 27,462 BTC

Strive has added 1,107 Bitcoin to its corporate treasury for approximately $94.5 million between September 21 and September 25.

The company paid an average of $85,396 per BTC during this period.

This latest purchase pushes Strive's total holdings to 27,462 BTC.

According to the disclosure, roughly 85% of the capital deployed came from SATA-related financing, with warrant exercises generating another approximately $12.4 million.

This funding structure is becoming increasingly important for companies like Strive that are following a Strategy model, as it provides a repeatable way to raise capital without relying on operating cash.
