Strive Adds 2000 Bitcoin in Latest Purchase Spree
Strive has continued its aggressive Bitcoin accumulation, purchasing another 2,000 BTC last week for $168.84 million. Since August 24, the company has added 8,106 BTC to its holdings, bringing its total Bitcoin stash to 29,462 BTC. This latest acquisition raises Strive's spending on Bitcoin to $659.6 million over roughly six weeks.
The latest purchase averaged $84,422 per Bitcoin, higher than the previous period's average of $80,375. Despite the increased cost, Strive maintained its accumulation strategy. Between August 24 and September 25, the company had bought 6,106 BTC for approximately $490.77 million.
The addition of the latest 2,000 BTC raised the overall average purchase price for this buying spree to $81,374 per Bitcoin. At the time of the announcement, Strive's total Bitcoin holdings were valued at approximately $2.49 billion, based on a Bitcoin price of $84,368.
