Strive, a major player in the Bitcoin space, has just completed its third-largest Bitcoin purchase, acquiring 2,000 BTC for $169 million. The average price per Bitcoin in this transaction was $84,422. This latest addition brings Strive's total holdings to 29,462 BTC, with an average accumulation price ranging between $90,400 and $90,700.

The recent purchase is notable for being significantly larger than the previous week's acquisition and ranks as the third-largest in the company's history. The largest single purchase was not a direct buy but resulted from a merger with Semler Scientific, which involved 5,816-5,817 BTC worth $675 million. The second-largest purchase occurred in late May and early June 2023, when Strive acquired 2,500 BTC for $185.2 million.

Strive has extended its consecutive weekly purchase streak to three weeks. However, the actual buy was considerably lower than Strive’s at just 334 BTC. This accumulation spree comes at a time when the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin has slowed down its purchases.
