Strive, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed asset management firm, has significantly expanded its Bitcoin holdings over the past four days. The company acquired 469 BTC at an average price of $77,954 per coin, bringing its total stash to 25,000 BTC. This purchase was funded through issuances of Strive's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, trading under the ticker SATA.

The entire acquisition cost approximately $36.6 million and has pushed the company's total Bitcoin holdings to a clean 25,000 BTC, worth roughly $1.95 billion at current prices. This represents about 0.119% of Bitcoin's total 21 million coin supply.

Strive's preference for funding its Bitcoin purchases through preferred stock issuances allows it to avoid diluting common shares in the process. Investors buy SATA at $100 per share, and Strive takes those proceeds straight to the Bitcoin market.

The company's amplification ratio, which measures notional preferred equity and debt relative to Bitcoin net asset value, now sits at 53.5%. This has been a key metric in Strive's transformation into a Bitcoin treasury company.
