Strive Adds 469 BTC to Treasury in Four-Day Buying Spree
Strive, Inc., an asset management firm listed on the Nasdaq, has significantly boosted its Bitcoin holdings over a four-day period. The company purchased 469 BTC between September 8 and 11 at an average price of $77,954 per coin, adding to its existing stash of 20,531 BTC.
The total acquisition was funded through the issuance of preferred stock, specifically Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock trading under the ticker SATA. This process allowed Strive to accumulate approximately $36.6 million in new capital, which it used to purchase the additional Bitcoin.
With this latest acquisition, Strive's total Bitcoin holdings now stand at 25,000 BTC, worth roughly $1.95 billion at current prices. The company's notional value of outstanding SATA shares has also surpassed $1.04 billion, with the latest round bringing in around $40.3 million in new capital.
Strive's rapid accumulation of Bitcoin has been a notable trend since its merger with Semler Scientific in January 2026, which brought an additional 5,048 BTC onto its balance sheet. The company has now become one of the largest public holders of Bitcoin globally, ranking fifth among such firms.
