Strive has significantly increased its Bitcoin holdings with a latest purchase of approximately $94.5 million, pushing its total to over 27,400 BTC. This is according to a Monday Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company acquired 1,107 bitcoins between September 21st and 25th at an average price of $85,396 per coin. Strive now holds the fifth-largest public Bitcoin portfolio behind Strategy, Twenty One, Metaplanet, and MARA.

CEO Matt Cole has stated that Strive could potentially reach second place by the end of 2026, although this is not considered a base case. To achieve this goal, the company would need to acquire an average of roughly 1,235 BTC per week over the next 13 weeks.
