Strive's Bitcoin holdings have reached 25,000 BTC after the company purchased an additional 469 BTC for $36.6 million. The acquisition was funded entirely by Strive's perpetual preferred stock (SATA), which has a notional outstanding value of over $1 billion.

This purchase pushes Strive's amplification ratio to 53.5%, and its Bitcoin holdings now exceed those of 97.5% of public companies, according to BitcoinTreasuries.NET. The tracker ranks Strive No. 5 among public Bitcoin holders.

The company's CEO has expressed ambition to acquire over 20,000 BTC by year-end, which would make Strive the second-largest Bitcoin treasury after Strategy.
