Strive Boosts Bitcoin Holdings with $81.5 Million Acquisition

Strive, a US-listed company on the Nasdaq, has announced additional Bitcoin purchases. On August 24th, Strive revealed that they acquired 1,110 BTC between August 17th and 21st.

The total value of the acquisition was approximately $81.5 million, with an average purchase price of around $73,409 per BTC. This increase brings their total Bitcoin holdings to 21,356 BTC as of August 21st.

Strive also reported an increase in cash and cash equivalents from $145.8 million on August 14th to $171.9 million on August 21st. Additionally, the company's Class A common stock outstanding increased by 364,630 shares to 7,989,888 shares.

This is not Strive's first Bitcoin purchase; they previously announced acquiring 6,236 BTC in their second-quarter earnings report for 2026 and an additional 303 BTC between July 1st and August 7th.
