Strive Boosts Bitcoin Holdings with $94.5 Million Acquisition

Strive, a US-based Bitcoin investment firm, has significantly boosted its holdings after purchasing an additional 1,107 Bitcoins for approximately $94.5 million.

The latest acquisition brings Strive's total Bitcoin stash to 27,462 units, making it the fifth-largest among publicly traded companies worldwide.

The company funded the purchase through sales of its perpetual preferred stock, SATA, and exercises of existing stock warrants, with SATA accounting for 85% of total funding.

Strive's shares fell by about 0.3% to $29.35 on September 28, but the stock remains up approximately 70% this year.
