Strive Buys Another $94.5M in Bitcoin, Expands Treasury Holdings

Strive has made another significant purchase of Bitcoin, buying 1,107 BTC for approximately $94.5 million between September 21 and September 25.

The company paid an average price of $85,396 per Bitcoin during this period.

This latest acquisition brings Strive's total holdings to 27,462 BTC, solidifying its position among the largest publicly tracked corporate Bitcoin treasuries.

The funding for this purchase came primarily from Strive's SATA preferred stock, which accounted for around 85% of the capital deployed. Warrant exercises contributed an additional $12.4 million to the financing structure.
