Strive Eyes Global Bitcoin Throne with Aggressive Buying Spree

Strive CEO Matt Cole says his company has a chance to become the world's second-largest publicly traded holder of Bitcoin by the end of 2026. He made this statement after the company added 3,156 BTC in August, bringing its total holdings to over 23,000 coins worth nearly $19 billion.

The CEO emphasized that becoming the second-largest holder is not their baseline expectation and would require multiple factors to come together. One of these factors is the exercise of over $700 million in warrants that will expire in mid-October. If the company's stock price breaks through the $27 strike price, this could lead to a significant influx of cash for buying more Bitcoin.

According to Cole, if Strive also leverages its approximately $700 million in digital lending capacity, it could potentially have up to $14 billion available to buy BTC. However, he noted that Twenty One Capital currently holds around 43,514 BTC, which is roughly double the amount held by Strive.
