Strive Hits 25,000 BTC Milestone with $36.6M Preferred Stock Purchase

Strive, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed asset manager, has purchased an additional 469 BTC, bringing its total to 25,000 BTC. This milestone was reached through the use of Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (SATA), which cost approximately $36.6 million at an average price of $77,954 per coin.

The purchase took place between September 8 and September 11, 2026, and marks a significant increase in Strive's bitcoin holdings. The company has been steadily accumulating BTC since its merger with Semler Scientific in January 2026, which added 5,048 BTC to its balance sheet.

CEO Matt Cole highlighted the importance of Strive's 'amplification ratio,' which measures how much bitcoin exposure shareholders get relative to net asset value. This ratio now sits at 53.5%.
