Strive Invests Heavily in Bitcoin Amid Remittix Payment Layer Development
Strive's latest acquisition of 1,355 BTC for approximately $107.7 million has further solidified Bitcoin's position as a store-of-value asset among institutions.
The purchase brings Strive's total holdings to 26,355 BTC, cementing its place among the largest corporate treasuries. The average price per coin was around $79,475, including fees, over the course of four days between September 14 and September 18.
Bitcoin has been gaining traction as a reserve asset, but it still lacks a seamless bridge to everyday banking. Remittix aims to fill this gap with its platform that enables crypto-to-bank payments. The company's PayFi system allows users to send more than 50 cryptocurrencies, which are then settled into over 30 fiat currencies through supported bank accounts.
Remittix is also building a complementary layer to Bitcoin by providing tools for trading, mobile custody, planned earning, and direct fiat settlement. This could potentially make digital wealth more usable as money. The surrounding ecosystem includes Remittix Markets, which offers hundreds of perpetual contracts with over $50 million in reported volume.
