Strive Raises Estimated $85M Through SATA Sales

Strive has raised an estimated $85.88 million through sales of its SATA preferred stock between September 21 and 23, according to BitcoinTreasuries.net.

This sum could buy approximately 1,002 BTC at current prices, although it's essential to note that these figures are estimates and not confirmed purchases by Strive.

The estimated breakdown of sales is as follows: on September 21, Strive sold around 284,000 SATA shares, generating $27.69 million in net proceeds, which would cover about 321.97 BTC at an average price of $86,001.

On September 22, the company sold roughly 370,000 shares, producing $36.08 million in net proceeds and equivalent to approximately 418.27 BTC at an average price of $86,266.

Finally, on September 23, Strive sold another 226,700 shares, yielding $22.11 million, which could buy around 261.43 BTC at an average price of $84,556.
