Strive Reports $257.6 Million Quarterly Net Loss Amid Growing Bitcoin Holdings
Strive, Inc., the company behind ASST ticker symbol, reported its second-quarter financial results for 2026. The period ended on June 30, and the numbers show a net loss of $257.6 million under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This is despite total revenue reaching $2.9 million in the quarter. Basic and diluted net loss per common share was $3.77.
Strive's Bitcoin holdings have been expanding throughout 2026, with an acquisition of 6,236 BTC during Q2 alone. The company also purchased another 12,237 BTC in the first six months of this year. This growth has translated into a Bitcoin Yield of 23.9% for the quarter and 37.7% for the period ended June 30.
Cash and cash equivalents stood at $154.9 million as of August 7, and Strive has paid 44 consecutive dividends on SATA Stock up to that point in time. The company also reported no outstanding short- or long-term debt.
