Strive, a US-based asset management firm led by CEO Matt Cole, has significantly expanded its corporate Bitcoin treasury after acquiring 469 BTC for approximately $36.6 million between September 8 and September 11. This purchase brings Strive's total holdings to exactly 25,000 BTC, with the average price per coin being roughly $77,954.

The acquisition was fully financed through proceeds from the sale of SATA, the company's perpetual preferred shares, which have surpassed $1 billion in nominal circulation. Cole emphasized that the purchase was funded entirely by the sale of these shares and not by common-share issuance.

This latest buy represents a slowdown in pace compared to the prior week, when Strive added 1,375 BTC for about $109 million. The company's total position value is now nearly $1.95 billion at current prices.
