Strive's SATA Surpasses 37 Days of Daily Dividends with No Missed Payments
Strive, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed firm trading under the ticker ASST, has achieved a remarkable milestone in its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (SATA), paying 37 consecutive daily dividends since June 16. This feat marks a significant innovation in dividend payments, making SATA the first US-listed security to offer daily payouts.
The SATA stock was launched in November 2025 with a 12% annualized dividend rate and a monthly payment schedule, which was later increased to 13% in May 2026. The switch to daily payments has improved liquidity and reduced duration risk between payouts, allowing for more frequent compounding if reinvested.
The security's unique features include cumulative dividend protections and penalty-compounding protections, providing holders with an extra cushion against non-payment scenarios. Strive holds approximately 20,000 BTC as of late July 2026 and has set aside 18 months' worth of cash and marketable securities specifically earmarked for dividend obligations.
The company's Bitcoin treasury strategy involves accumulating Bitcoin and using the resulting financial position to support income-producing securities like SATA. Despite its success in maintaining daily dividends, Strive must navigate potential risks, such as prolonged drawdowns in Bitcoin prices, which could pressure its ability to maintain both its treasury position and dividend obligations.
