STS Digital Unveils Quantitative Investment Strategies for Institutional Digital Assets
STS Digital, a Bermuda Monetary Authority-licensed principal trading firm specializing in institutional digital asset derivatives and structured products, has launched its Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) offering. The QIS platform provides rules-based systematic strategies for institutional clients to manage their digital assets with predefined risk parameters and rebalancing constraints.
The flagship strategy at launch is Smart Bitcoin, a volatility-target strategy that adjusts exposure against a defined volatility target. When market volatility rises, the strategy reduces exposure, and when it falls, it increases exposure.
Smart Bitcoin aims to provide institutional clients with a way to hold Bitcoin without inheriting its full volatility, according to STS Digital CEO Maxime Seiler. The strategy targets a defined level of risk and adjusts exposure systematically as volatility moves.
