SUI Price Sets Up for Bigger Rally as Weekly SAR Flips Bullish
SUI price has reclaimed the $1 mark after a sharp September rally and is now setting up for a bigger rally, according to technical analysis. The token's weekly Parabolic SAR (Price and Stop) has flipped bullish for the first time in months, indicating a broader trend reversal.
The indicator's shift below price comes alongside a breakout from the descending structure visible on the higher-timeframe chart. This development is gaining relevance because it appears alongside fresh infrastructure developments on the Sui network.
This week, Sui introduced real-time GraphQL subscriptions, allowing developers to receive checkpoints, transactions, and events as they happen through the same GraphQL interface. The upgrade is relevant for applications that require continuous blockchain data, including wallets, trading platforms, analytics products, monitoring systems, and AI applications.
The technical reversal comes as derivatives activity increased sharply during the move, with open interest reportedly rising to around $402 million, adding leverage to the price breakout. SUI's recent rally has also coincided with broader rotation into Layer-1 tokens.
