tastytrade Launches Prediction Markets for Real-World Market Events

tastytrade has launched Prediction Markets, allowing active traders to bet on real-world market events. This new feature puts CFTC-regulated event contracts on various catalysts that traders already watch, including Fed decisions, inflation and jobs prints, the VIX, crude oil, and crypto.

Prediction Markets is powered by Apex Fintech Solutions and is available 24/7. It allows users to turn their views into single, defined-risk trades that settle next to stocks, options, and futures.

tastytrade is the first brokerage to launch on Apex's turnkey FCM infrastructure. The company expects this move to provide a new way for traders to engage with market events.
