TeraWulf's Bitcoin Mining Capacity and AI Infrastructure Drive Stock Price Rise
TeraWulf Inc., a company involved in bitcoin mining and AI infrastructure development, has seen its stock price rise by 3.34% due to increased optimism about its expanding bitcoin mining capacity.
The company recently signed a 20-year lease with Anthropic at the Justified Data campus, which is expected to generate around $19 billion in contracted revenue over the term.
This deal has shifted TeraWulf's focus from shared projects to full-control campuses, where every incremental dollar of rent drops to its own profit and loss statement.
Despite missing Q2 2026 revenue estimates by a small margin, management is rapidly shifting away from bitcoin mining toward AI/HPC infrastructure. The company has built out its Lake Mariner site, acquired the gigawatt-scale Muskie Data Campus, and finished the quarter with around $3 billion of cash and restricted cash.
