Elon Musk’s Tesla and SpaceX have joined a growing list of companies blocking their stocks from being traded on the OKX-ICE tokenized stock venue. According to a notice from OKX-ICE TSV dated November 2, 2026, six additional companies, including Amazon, Netflix, Lam Research, and SoFi Technologies, have also objected to the trading of their shares on the platform. This brings the total number of objecting issuers to 56, up from nine on October 15, 2026.
The objections prevent OKX-ICE TSV from listing third-party tokenized versions of the companies’ stocks, though the venue can still list shares that issuers tokenize themselves. The SEC’s innovation exemption, introduced in September 2026, requires venues to notify companies before offering tokenized versions of their shares. Companies have 30 days to object in writing.
Among the notable holdouts are megacap names like Microsoft, Alphabet, and Nvidia, as well as fintech company SoFi, which offers crypto trading. Apple remains one of the few megacap companies not on the list. The OKX-ICE TSV plans to offer tokenized U.S. stocks 24/7 through permissioned Uniswap v4 pools on OKX’s XLayer blockchain, paired with stablecoins such as USDC.
To trade on the platform, users must pass identity and sanctions checks and hold a nontransferable “soulbound” token verified by the venue’s smart contracts before every transaction. The tokenized stocks offered by OKX-ICE TSV are not restricted to trading on the platform alone.
