Teucrium Commodity Trust Boosts Outstanding Shares Above Minimum Threshold
Teucrium Commodity Trust has seen an increase in outstanding shares of its 7RCC Spot Bitcoin and Carbon Credit Futures ETF. According to a recent SEC filing, the number of outstanding shares has risen above the minimum threshold of 50,000 shares.
This follows new creation orders, which have brought the fund's outstanding shares above the required level. Previously, the sponsor had been rejecting redemption orders that would have pushed the share count below the minimum threshold, equivalent to five baskets of 10,000 shares each.
With the current increase in outstanding shares, Teucrium Trading, LLC, the sponsor of the trust, is no longer rejecting redemption orders on this basis. However, it may again reject orders in the future if the share count returns to the minimum threshold or for other reasons outlined in the fund's prospectus.
