Thailand Edges Closer to Regulated Crypto Exposure

Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission has released draft rules for spot Bitcoin and Ether ETFs, along with licensing standards for digital asset custodians.

The move brings the country closer to offering regulated institutional-grade crypto exposure.

The rules are part of a broader convergence between traditional finance and digital assets, echoed by exchange Margex's expansion into TradFi products spanning shares in companies such as Nvidia, Google, Tesla, Apple, and the S&P 500.
