Theorem Launches RWA Exchange Infrastructure for Tokenized Assets
Theorem, an infrastructure provider for RWA (Real-World Asset) markets, has launched its platform designed specifically for tokenized RWAs. The goal is to enable issuers, tokenization platforms, and blockchain networks to deploy and operate secondary markets.
The value of tokenized real-world assets surpassed $28 billion by mid-2026, but only around $3 billion is actively utilized in DeFi (Decentralized Finance). This indicates that bringing assets on-chain is just half the challenge, creating active markets for them is the greater task. The infrastructure to support secondary trading has evolved slowly.
Theorem was created to bridge this gap by providing infrastructure that organizations can deploy under their own brand while retaining full operational control. Each venue can be configured around the specific characteristics of the assets it supports, allowing markets to reflect all necessary regulatory and operational requirements.
