Three Altcoins Poised for Potential Breakouts This Week
Crypto analyst Ali Martinez has identified three altcoins that could be poised for a breakout this week: XRP, Quant (QNT), and Injective (INJ). Each of these assets is showing distinct bullish signals, making them worth watching in the current market recovery.
XRP has broken out of a key four-hour descending triangle pattern. The cryptocurrency first tested this resistance level on September 25, reaching $1.6288 before pulling back. After another failed attempt on October 2, XRP finally pushed above the trendline on October 4, reaching $1.5036. The next critical test will be whether the price can hold $1.50 as support. If it does, the next target could be $1.62.
Quant (QNT) is coming off a historic September rally, where it surged 369%, the largest monthly gain in its history. However, the token has since given back some of those gains, dropping 10.7% in October to trade at $256. The $262 level is now crucial. A close above this price would confirm the breakout, with potential targets at $315 and $344.
Injective (INJ) is retesting a key level after breaking out of a cup-and-handle pattern. The token has climbed back to $7.5, with the $7.33 neckline serving as a critical support level. If buyers defend this level, the pattern suggests a potential target of $13.40.
