Tianci International and BTC Digital Team Up for 3 MW Crypto Computing Project
Tianci International has announced its plans to launch a 3 MW crypto computing project in phases, targeting an aggregate electrical load of approximately 3 megawatts within 12 months.
The company signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BTC Digital to pursue the project, which will be deployed over twelve months after the MOU takes effect.
Tianci International and BTC Digital have already collaborated on mining equipment hosting, with the new MOU extending their cooperation. However, it is essential to note that the MOU itself does not impose any obligation to reserve resources or purchase equipment before definitive agreements are signed.
