Trader Predicts Cardano Breakout Potential After Recent Rally
Trader Lucky believes Cardano (ADA) is poised for a significant upward move after a three-day price rally. Lucky, known as @LLuciano_BTC on X, suggests that ADA could be preparing for a parabolic run, a rally that accelerates as prices rise. His analysis centers on a falling wedge breakout, a technical pattern where the price moves above a key resistance level, signaling a potential shift in trend.
The trader's daily Cardano chart highlights a demand zone near the lower portion of the wedge, which could serve as a base for the recovery. Lucky also projects a 60% price increase from the current level of around $0.2777, which would place ADA near $0.44. However, he cautions that the chart's upward arrow should not be interpreted as a precise price target.
Our analysis shows that Cardano has been trading within an ascending channel since June, with the latest recovery bringing ADA close to its upper boundary. This creates potential for a pullback if the price is rejected at the current resistance level. Key support levels include $0.258, $0.23, and $0.21, while the major resistance level to watch is $0.30.
To confirm a larger recovery, Cardano would need to clear the $0.30 resistance level, which has been in place since late January. A sustained break above this level could strengthen the case for a recovery toward January highs around $0.43 before the year ends.
