Traditional Institutions Accelerate Crypto Infrastructure Development
Fidelity has made significant strides in cryptocurrency infrastructure development.
The company's launch of its first stablecoin, Fidelity Digital Dollar (FIDD), a digital reserve fund, and an Ethereum ETF staking service indicates that traditional financial institutions are accelerating their entry into the cryptocurrency space.
This shift from price exposure to efficient participation in crypto assets is driven by institutional investors seeking yields, staking rewards, and on-chain accumulation. ASDeFi's 'Digital Miner' model allows users to participate in mining by purchasing Digital Miners, which represent shares of a data center's computing power.
The platform handles the hardware, energy, maintenance, and round-the-clock operations, distributing cryptocurrency rewards accordingly. ASDeFi currently has over 5 million users and more than 16.7 million TH of computing power deployed in data centers in North America.
