Tron ETF TRXS Set for Cboe Debut on September 9
Canary Capital's Tron ETF, set to trade under the ticker TRXS on Cboe BZX Exchange, will allow investors to gain exposure to $TRX through a traditional exchange-traded product. Unlike a simple tracker fund, TRXS plans to stake its holdings and pass 80% of staking rewards to shareholders.
The fund's primary objective is to track the value of $TRX held by the trust, while its secondary objective is to generate additional $TRX through staking. This structure gives investors a way to gain $TRX exposure without directly holding and staking the cryptocurrency themselves.
Canary Capital's proposed ETF has been in registration with the SEC since 2025, with updates including custody arrangements and staking terms. The fund plans to charge a 1.10% annual sponsor fee and cap staking fees at 20% of rewards generated.
