TRON Sets Usage Record, TRX Price Stays Flat Amid High Activity

TRON has set a record for usage, processing trillions of dollars in USDT transfers and setting activity records regularly. This is not a new phenomenon; TRON's transactions have consistently coexisted with a flat price for TRX, the token that powers the network.

In fact, TRX has been one of the most rangebound large-caps in crypto for years, trading in a tight band around $0.30 as network activity climbed to new highs. The reason is structural: TRON's transactions are mostly stablecoin transfers that use TRX as cheap gas, not as a speculative asset people rush to buy.

A record transaction count is TRON's most routine metric, not a fresh catalyst. Treating it as one misreads how this token works. The target of $0.35 is barely 5% above the current price near $0.33 and represents a modest ceiling, not a breakout.
