TRON's Payments Lead Faces Competition from Remittix' PayFi Debut

TRON's role in facilitating stablecoin transfers has been a key factor in its success as a payments network. The TRC-20 USDT is widely used for transferring dollar-denominated value between wallets, making TRON one of the most visible networks for this type of transaction.

The latest pullback did not seem to affect TRX, with it trading at around $0.334 on September 28. This resilience gives a Tron price prediction some practical foundation, as the network has already demonstrated its ability to handle digital payments at scale.

Remittix is taking this concept a step further by aiming to deliver fiat directly to a compatible bank account, rather than just transferring stablecoins between wallets. The platform's PayFi feature will allow users to send cryptocurrencies and receive local currency in return, making it easier for individuals and businesses to conduct cross-border transactions.

Remittix has already begun rolling out its PayFi feature to 1,000 early access users, with the full public debut scheduled for November 24. The platform has raised over $32 million from more than 40,000 participants in its presale, and is planning to list on November 24 at a price of around $0.46.
