Trueo Ditches Base for Ethereum in Pursuit of Broader Integration

Prediction market platform Trueo is shifting its focus from Base to Ethereum. The move is aimed at tapping into broader integration opportunities and building a more credible oracle system. According to Lumberg, co-founder of Trueo, Ethereum offers the best fit for the company's vision of a widely adopted, broadly integrated, and highly credible platform.

In March 2025, Trueo launched on Base due to higher Ethereum gas fees at the time. However, the project now believes that Ethereum provides more potential for integrations and product development. The migration is expected to prioritize attracting liquidity and launching the next generation of its oracle system.
