Trump Exploits Loyal Supporters with Cryptocurrency Scams

Share

Ben Rhodes, former deputy national security adviser, accused President Donald Trump of exploiting his supporters through cryptocurrency offerings and other scams. According to Rhodes, Trump's business model relies on the loyalty and gullibility of his most devoted followers.

Rhodes made these comments during an appearance on 'Deadline: White House' with Nicolle Wallace. The conversation centered around Trump's financial dealings and how he uses his influence to profit from his supporters.

Wallace noted that Trump has a history of questionable business practices, dating back to David Fahrenthold's reporting on the first term. Rhodes agreed, stating that Trump's current cryptocurrency ventures are 'stealing' from his own voters.

Rhodes pointed out that people who buy into Trump's schemes are often those who are most loyal and trusting of him, making them easy targets for scams. He also warned that this behavior is a danger not only to Trump's supporters but also to the cryptocurrency industry as a whole.
