Trump Media Transfers $165M Worth of Bitcoin to Crypto.com

Trump Media & Technology Group has transferred 2,628 BTC worth around $165 million to Crypto.com on August 2. The company denies any sale of the Bitcoin, stating that the coins were moved but not sold.

The transfer consisted of two transactions: one for 2,429 BTC and another for 198.9 BTC. After the transfers cleared, Trump Media held approximately 4,261 BTC worth around $268 million in their wallets attributed to Crypto.com.

According to on-chain data, Trump Media has now moved a total of 7,281 BTC over the past seven months, with an average effective transfer price of $74,855 per coin. The combined value of these transactions is near $545 million.
