TRUMP Team Withdraws $3.39M in USDC Amid Price Rally

TRUMP liquidity withdrawals have raised concerns about potential manipulation of the token's price. According to Coinpaper, wallets linked to the TRUMP team withdrew $3.39 million in USDC from Solana liquidity pools over a 10-hour period during the recent price rally.

The process allows the team to convert TRUMP tokens into stablecoins without selling them directly on an exchange. This mechanism has been used before, with withdrawals totaling $4.6 million in April and $94 million in December.

TRUMP's price is sensitive to market sentiment and social media momentum, making it vulnerable to sharp moves if demand fades. The token's liquidity is also a concern, as thinner pools can increase slippage and make TRUMP more susceptible to price fluctuations.
